Vendor Registration for the 2nd Annual Mother’s Day Parking Lot Concert is NOW OPEN!
T.A.F. Vendor Application
APPLICATION PROCESS: All vendors must submit an application. Applications will be reviewed, and vendors will be notified if they will be invited to participate at the 2022 Mother’s Day Parking Lot Concert event. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. The deadline to submit an application is Sunday, April 24th, 2022.
SET-UP INFORMATION: Vendor set-up information, including load in and load out times, on-site policies, etc. will be communicated via email within 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Please add totalaccessfoundation@gmail.com and legacy@totalaccessfoundation.org to your email contacts.
VENDOR FEES: $100 for a 10x10 space or $150 for a 20x10 space
PAYMENT: Payment is only due once you have been accepted. Full payment is required to secure a vendor space.
REFUND POLICY: Vendor payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. There is no refund in the event of inclement weather.
